Moira Shire Council’s primary commitment is to support established community arts organisations through multi-year triennial funding (stream 1), providing the stability needed to deliver ongoing, place-based programs. Where funding remains available following triennial commitments, an project-based stream (stream 2) provides equitable access for a broader range of community groups, projects and activities.
