Melbourne Town Hall has seven function rooms for hire. The rooms are of different styles and sizes, and are ideal for dinners, banquets, conferences, meetings, annual general meetings and product launches.

From 1 July 2024, the Town Hall will be managed by the City of Melbourne through venue and event caterer, Showtime Event Group.
