Building permit - class 1 - amendment - application fee	$250
Building permit - class 2 to 9 - amendment - application fee	$40 *
Building permit - class 10 - amendment - application fee

*This is the application fee only. The balance of the permit fee will be invoiced separately based upon cost of building works.
