Scott Lister Group consists of two brands, Scott Lister and Ability People, which provide engineering management consultancy services and recruitment services respectively in a variety of locations across the globe. The recent success of the group has created the opportunity for a dedicated Marketing and Communications adviser to join our team and ensure that our brands are best positioned to build on the many successful projects we have delivered in recent years.
This role is a global role and covers 5 offices in 3 regions. Activities will include:
- The development and execution of the overall Group Marketing and Comms Strategy and Plan.
- Liason with external media agencies and design consultancies
- Supporting the business development function by providing the tools to communicate the overall company message.
- Supporting tenders and proposals.
- Supporting staff in effective communication methods.
You will have experience of marketing and communications within a medium sized business, 50+ staff (turnover of $15M+ per annum). Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a flair for engaging, influencing and building relationships.
